Most 69's have single piston calipers. Are you sure they are 4 piston? I have those Bendix 4 piston calipers on my 68 Roadrunner. I was able to find rebuild kits for mine through my local parts store. You should be able to do the same. Napa , Carquest , Other Professional style parts stores. Also, after I powdercoated my calipers, I sent them out to stainless steel sleeved for longevity purposes.
No I have 4 piston calibers on mine. Its my understanding that single piston calibers where not untill 70. I have checked with most of the parts store in my area, and had no luck finding the kits. I can get calibers at some for about 200.00 each. Someone has to know where I can get the rebuild kits.
Part number is C1021 EIS Brand or Carquest Brand. 80 of them available from Chicago . I just checked with my Carquest. Find A Carquest in yor area and give them that part number , they should be able to get them, even if they have to come from Chicago.
You are correct the inept guy I had look them up is wrong. Those are actually wheel cyl kits. The kits I used on mine , now as I remember, mine were bought in Carlisile a few years ago. They were actually Bendix brand, but I didnt keep or remember the part number. It might have been this guy . [email protected] I know he has some of this stuff. I believe he is out of New York. Hope that helps. These brake systems are pretty rare , and getting harder to find parts for. I sure hope you dont need the rotors. They are next to impossible to find , and very expensive when you do.
