4 speed console brackets - specifically the middle one

I have a question on the middle bracket for a 4 speed console. I'm switching from an auto to a 4 speed and do not have the middle bracket. How does it compare in design to the rear bracket? Does anyone have a picture comparing the two, or dimensions. I do have a spare rear bracket and was wondering how close the rear and middle bracket were to each other.

If they are different, does anyone sell them as individual pieces, or is the three piece set from amd the only option....other than finding used?

I think they are only sold as sets of three. I just went through welding mine in the right place after replacing my floor pan. I can get some pics. with measurements tomorrow of the middle one for you. An original middle one won't have the raised portion on the right side like the rear, but otherwise it could maybe be made to work.

I was looking at the AMD pictures and couldn't tell if the middle one was flat or not. Moparstewart, the thought crossed my mind. I laid the rear one close to the center bracket and it could easily be made to work. In fact it was bent just a little different than the one I have installed which made me wonder if it was meant for the center....but it probably just got bent upon disassembly.

they are covered up and as long as you get bolts in them and get them secured you will be fine

Went and took a couple of pictures of mine for you. The middle one is 1/2 inch shorter than the rear. That and the rear one having the pad for the right screw slot slightly raised is the only differences between them.
