4 speed decoding, information

Hi guys i have a 68 charger with the 440 4 speed the motor is a 76 block.

But my real question is im trying to find out some info on my box as i am not very knowledgeable about this subject.

if anyone could help decode my box for me would be good.

Numbers read:
down driver side of box in front of levers : 4471834 B07A2088
on tail drivers side: G-99539
on fron t of box under the spline shaft: C13157

i looked at the raised plate on passenger side for the numbers but it was bbadly stamped and unreadable even after i took the paint off.

the box is a 23 spline and has the e body shifter mounts right on end of tail also

4471834 is later than 1974, so I am unable to decode it due to my GTS book going only up to 1974. does it have a cast iron tailshaft housing or aluminum?

well cast iron tailshaft, from all that I have learned in the years, dictates its a non-OD transmission.. I am sorry I cannot help you further.
