H'lo. I'm Clint Pedersen from Broadus, Montana. I have a barnyard experienced 41 plymouth business coupe that I'm just starting to make a "restorod" with a 360 from a 73 fury strokering to 408, 727 tranny from a 77 cordoba and an 8 3/4 in rear out of a 67 belvidere 2. The car is going to be mostly mopar but I did stub in an 82 monte carlo "subframe" to have modern frontend. I'm stripping down a 4 dr 67 belvidere 2 and would like to find someone needing the parts I don't use.

Now for the part that makes people upset....yeh, I drive derby cars, especially cordobas but only ones in tough condition so if someone needs parts let me know what you're looking for and I'll see what I have. I hate getting chewed out by car fans about derbying but I also hate throwing out parts just to avoid the harrassment. There is a big derby website called wecrash.com and there is a want ads section where people can post what they need. As long as it's done without negativity and judgement, most of the members will readily sell the car parts they don't use or need.

Yeah post some pics. My dad currently has his first car still, a '40 Plymouth coupe that only has like 33k miles and he is the 2nd owner. It really would need a lot of restoration work, so I'm think I'd just like to eventually go the restomod route. I'm thinking a flame paint job for starters, and while a Hemi or 440 would be ideal a smaller V8 would definitely be suitable. A chop top and windsheild visor cap would be nice as well, but I'm trying to think if I've seen that before and if that would take away too much visibility.

Here is a pic of it next to the Cordoba I'm currently getting ready to paint

If for some reason I did decide to give it a more stock look I'd atleast one to do a two tone tan instead of just the one color tan original
