These are NOT MY VEHICLES...however they are for sale.
I found these while looking at a 60 Imperial for another member. They are here in Northern Vermont near the Canadian border.
They are not New England trucks and are being stored in a greenhouse that is very dry, desert like conditions. The trucks are in unmolested original condition, they run and drive. They appear to be nearly complete and what little bits are missing may in fact be nearby as there is a lot of stuff in there.
The frames are good as are the floors. There is new wood for bed of the 49. The dashes are complete, some glass is shot. The body panels are just normal wear and tear. They're in good shape for the year models.
He tossed out a $20,000 number for each, but I doubt he has any idea what they are really worth, and he could possibly be haggled with. He's a crotchety old bastard and doesn't suffer fools gladly, so if you end up dealing with him have your ducks in a row before you call or go by. He's a stereo typical Vermonter. Not a lot of small talk. lol. PM me with questions or call Ray Lovel at 802-535-5011
