426 Max Wedge motor....whats it worth???

Hey guys just looking for some opinions here. What do you value a complete 1964 426 Max Wedge (exhaust manifolds included) engine at. Price this assuming it would need to be completely gone through. Thanks for the help.
 
How complete? Air cleaners to oil pan, Fan to flex plate? If it is that complete I'd say a min. of $5,000.00 up to $8,500.00

"UP FOR SALE IS A ORIGINAL STAGE II MAX WEDGE MOTOR COMPLETE FROM CARBS TO PAN AND EXHAUST MANIFOLDS.
Motor came out of my 63 plymouth savoy. AAQA block standard bore, original untouched heads,original untouched intake, it has everythinmg to run. It only has 2400 original miles.You can just drop the motor in your car and it will fire right up.
dated 1962 casting.Correct 3447 carter carbs.
motor is perfect, distributor, water pump,fan,its all there, even have original spark plug wires on it.
selling for $13,000
also have original max wedge ball and trunion 426 torqueflite transmission
selling for $4000 with torque converter.
