440 .30 over head gasket

guys, just about to order my cometic head gaskets and i keep getting different answers.

what is the absolute correct BORE size head gasket i need for my 440 .30 over. to get maximum compression etc etc.

standard bore is 4.320"

also head gaskets are not completely round, i know .30 is not much but i dont want the gasket to hang over bore and burn up.
also my block is a 76 water block if this makes any difference.

Standard bore 4.320"
.030 over is 4.350"
The gasket bore to put on that is 4.380"

I've ordered a lot of gaskets from comtic they will take good care of you. All you do is tell them what bore you did over and how thick.

Do you have a chamfer around the top of the bore? If so, you need to take that into consideration as any gasket hanging over that will usually burn....generally, .030 larger will do the trick.
