Selling a Professionally built 440 based after the 426 Max wedge engine.
Built by ex NHRA racer and premier Mopar engine builder for Bob Mosher cars, Mr Dale Reed.
This engine is: Blueprinted and Balanced, fully documented.
All receipts. Included is a set of TTI headers, $1,000 purchased from Bob Mazolinni Racing and a specifically built 1965 727 Trans ($1,000)
Entire package is $10,000 ($10K)
I have more than that in this set-up
I'm selling everything, plans have changed.

Nice build. I'm curious as to the intake port. Is the A&A intake std port size or max wedge?

Currently I can not find the Torque Convertor (Hughes)
It might have accidentally departed with the 67 GTX I just sold this year.

So JG ported these to the max wedge size? Or lose to it? Kim

Actually, If I am correct, Tony Sizemore worked for Jerry in Roubidoux, CA before he ventured out on his own, around 1997ish.
T he 452s were heavily massaged, as the engine was for a different application, which is now MY Superbee
I bought the car from a friend in the year 2000.
I "Found" the 70 bee but my Bud bought it.
He wanted a GO FAST car, so we pulled the original 383 out.
I found the 440, took him and the Engine to Specialized Motor Service, in Roubidoux CA
As you can see, the 70 Superbee WAS NOT my car this time frame.
My bud was deployed overseas, before 9/11, I was heavily into Pontiacs as noted by my fender Cover...Ha Ha
Yup, that is "the Boss" helping me lower it into the Bee.
Here are pics of the engine then:
(NOTE: This is before the Dale Reed build.)
