440 cam change

Good morning all,
Im doing a cam swap
The heads im using Edlebrock 60189.
existing cam: compcam 23-712-9
existing roller lifters 8921 in there now. horrible!!!
64792 crane roller rockers

new comp camart # 21-242-4
new comp cam lifters: 822

The question I have, Can I use the same push rods that I used with existing cam set up to the new Cam set up? If not, what size should I go to?
