440 cast crank questions

I found this article and it caught my eye since you don't see a lot of rebuilds using the cast crank. In the article they replace the 6 pack rods with lighter units and swap pistons to a lighter unit that increase compression, nowhere did they mention re balancing the rotating assembly. So big question is, Do you think they rebalanced and just didn't include the info or did they run as is?

I'm sure they just omitted the rebalance. Any time you install different internals that needs to be done unless you are doing a stock rebuild with correct factory replacement parts. Even then, factory balance specs are not always all that close.
 
I just thought it was odd that they didn't mention it.
