440 motor mounts

i recently picked up a set of 440 motor mounts for my 73 rr with spool mounts my ? is how long should they be? can any one measure a set they have for a 440 and let me know i want to make sure these are going to fit in cradle right so i only have to do it once thanks all::eusa_think:

the ones i got are 6.25" and one ive seen else where were over 8 " was told they are for a 74 rr bought at my local part store whats up with that unless 71-72 run a longer mount? plz help thanks

any one use anchor mounts they seem to short on ly 6 " long arnt they supose to be over 8" long for a big block with spool monts? plz advise
