440 rear main seal

I have a 65 Satellite with a 440. Everything was great until this weekend. I haven't driven it much in the past 3 years. I drove it this weekend and my rear main seal has started to leak really bad. Can the rear main seal be replaced without pulling the motor, and if so, any problems or do I have to pull the motor? Thanks.
