440 Rocker arm shaft bolts?

Of the five bolts the hold the shafts to the heads two are longer than the other three. Just where do they go?

Into the second stand that has the oil galley from the block

As shown...... #2 & #4 hole..... so not the end holes & not the middle hole, but the other two holes is where the long bolts go

Forgot to add that the long bolts will not screw down in the short bolt holes as they are not tapped down as deep so you would figure it out when you did.
