440 Source shipping times

I understand there in Cali and im in Mass. But .... Hummmmm. Ordered some parts on the 18th and its the 24th and still no parts, no shipping confirmation. Anyone else experiance anything like this from them. I havent had a problem before... Maybe its time to make a phone call. I need to get my engine back together

I just ordered a set of connecting rods, shipped to Ontario Canada. I ordered them on the 13th of FEB and they arrived on the 24th of FEB. Also the USPS tracking website said they left Los Angeles and then it took six days before it said they cleared customs in Canada. So just be patient. As long as they have your correct address they will come.

At least a week minimum to get to the other side of the nation ground shipping, do you have any UPS or FedEx tracking #'s you could look up, were I'm at I get them in 2 or so days but I'm in Calif.... Never had any issue but haven't ordered from them for a while now...
