I have a question about a 440 swap into an 1987 ram d100. I know its not a bbody, but I tried truck forums and haven't found much. I am wondering about removing my single diaphragm brake booster and installing a manual master cylinder. To clear the valve cover. Does any one know what kind, or how to do this?

Also will a 4wd engine mount brackets work in a 2wd install? I had to shim the passenger side one with a few washers. Any information would be greatly appreciated. As I will be installing the engine as soon as next week.

Thanks in advance.

It should all swap with bb engine mounts and i think you will need a bb oil pan for a 2 wd and of courase a bb bellhousing the brake booster should clear the valve covers easy,

4wd mounts won't work. Need these 2wd brackets
There is a Bendix booster that fits trucks just not sure what years they came on.
