It's coming up on Sunday October 6 at Barona Dragstrip east of San Diego. Open to all cars '75 and older. It's just grudge racing and time trials all day. I usually end of getting as many as 10 runs in and it's tons of fun. Lots of cool old stuff shows up.

If you live anywhere in San Diego, Orange, or Riverside County in SoCal and you have any kind of old Mopar that runs you should consider checking it out, it's always a great time and things seem to run really smooth and you get through the lanes faster than on their regular race days.

Thanks! I'm not expecting to set the world on fire with any new personal bests or anything because it's going to be baking hot out as usual and I haven't made any big changes since the last time.

But more seat time is always good and maybe I can whittle my ET down a little just with practice.

And the track motto (which I love) is:

"ALL CARS WELCOME, if you can drive it, you can RACE it at BARONA!"

So no excuses, let's see some Mopars out there!
