I collected these parts over a few months. I attempted but failed at a suregrip rebuild.
I bought a new clutch kit. New bolts for the case halves I also bought a new kit from doctor diff with a crush sleeve eliminator. I had a friend set it up initially but the clutches were bad. So I pulled the suregrip out and rebuilt it only to find the stretched bolts. So I replaced them. All new ring gear bolts as well.
Anyhow I'm selling this which will need to be gone through and fixed. 600.00 as it is it needs work. Lots of new stuff. I am questioning if he installed the crush sleeve eliminator. I have no idea. The 3:23 gears were used but in great shape. It has the smaller 7260 yoke.
