I recently picked up a pair of Mopar S/S springs, 56 & 57, for my project. I'm wondering why the left side spring has the plastic spacers between the leafs, while the passenger side does not ? Is it to somewhat level the car due to the difference in leafs, or is it to allow easier compression on the spacered side ? Just getting ready to re-paint them, and it's just more detail work...
