'62 Dart fender tag decoding?

Is there a page online that breaks down fender tags? I'm trying to decode a '62 Dart wagon. The tag reads:

In the "A to Z" field it reads 2 under "C", 5 under "F" and 5 under "G"

It reads 0326 under SO and 0372 under NUMBER

BDY is 576

TRM is 815

PNT is PW2P

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
