I should of dealt with this before but l thought l had it covered. My car is finished with new upholstery and paint. I bought 2 sets of letters for my car off ebay and neither set fit. I have looked online and no luck, not even Joe Suchy. You guys are about my last resort or l will need to go back to the body shop to fill the holes and repaint the truck. Ugh

Not sure but, I read somewhere that the 63 letters are different. I have a set of 62s if you want

These are the letters on my 62 savoy.

I've measured them exactly from a rubbing and punched holes in paper. Post to post measurements are P= 1 1/8" L= 7/8" Y= 1 5/16" M= 1 1/2" O= 1 5/16" U = 1 3/16" T= 15/16" H = 1 1/8"

I had the same problem with my 64' Dodge Polara. The letters on the truck and on the hood, although looking exactly the same, have different posts on the second "D" , if i remember correctly. I couldn't find the right ones for the hood so i had to weld up the one hole for the second "D" on the hood, re-drill, and use a letter set for the trunk. That was done in the body work stage of redoing the car, I would grab the ones Derv has , way easier and correct.

Could you check the Post to post measurements ?
