62 Plymouth, Starter won't disengage

HELP GUYS, 62 BELVEDERE, 413, My starter won't disengage after the engine starts... Any ideas.. Everything is new, relay, starter, ignition, wiring. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, "Cheese"

when I've seen this problem in the past over the years it was the starter relay that was causing the problem

Problem found....Wasn't the starter not disengaging, rather the flex plate cover being in contact with the torque converter bolts. Lesson learned !!
