I'm looking to purchase a 63 plymouth that needs some metal replaced
What metal parts IE floor pans - trunk pan - patch panels etc does the
63 have that's the same on 64 and 65's.I'm pretty sure the pans are the
same but unsure about quater and fender patch panels.

The parts that interchange (except trim, moldings, etc,) for '63-'65 are as follows - quarters are the same front to back, trunk floor, floor pans, cowl sections, lower front fender patch panels, front inner fenders, wheel houses, core supports, splash shields, doors (4 & 5 interchange, not sure about '63), and frames . Hardtop to hardtop, post sedan to post sedan,. On a 4-door quarter, the forward section of quarter ONLY is different( for obvious reasons) . But floors, trunk, cowl, etc, etc, are still the same on a 4 door...............

Patch Panels

I made my own. I had never done this before but it wasn't that hard. Cut it out, fab a part, weld it in. I formed te pieces over 2x4,pcv,hammer.
