63 backup light switch

Does anybody have a pic or diagram of how the backup light switch mounts on the pushbutton shifter on a 63 Dodge? My car was missing the switch when I bought it. I picked up a NOS switch, but can't figure out how it mounts.

2 self tapping screws on the left side of the shifter. Holes are already there about 3/8" apart. Push the reverse button and watch the lever, you'll see where it contacts the switch slider.
