I want to change over the old single reservoir master to a dual. Trying to figure out which one will work. The old is a 4 bolt mount and it looks like a new 69 b body master would fit although there is a slight length difference on the push rod from 63 to 69 when measured side by side. I have new parts off a 69 like lines, valve, push rods although I was curious if anyone has done this and what they used. thanks for any help on this.

Put it on,it should work just fine.If it feels funky, you might need an adjustable prop valve:blob1:When I switched over from the single I used a 66 plymouth with manual brakes.Just very certain the pushrod is tight and CANNOT FALL OUT!!You could lose your brakes.

thanks,thats what i will do

I agree with the above. A later MC should be fine. I converted my '65 this spring. All drum manual. Since I have no trust in aftermarket parts whatsoever, I bought three new dual circuit MC's. One each from NAPA, AutoZone and Advance Autoparts. I had them each give me the one listed for a '67 Satellite w/manual drums. They were ALL exactly the same. None of them matched the photo on their computer screen. I dislike the way they look, but they fit so I kept the least expensive one (Advance $33) and returned the others. It was a PITA to bleed, but it works.

BTW - Rich Ehrenberg wrote a decent clear article on this kind of swap in Mopar Action issue April 2004. It can be tricky getting the correct fittings at the MC's rear circuit, which is the front port on the MC. It's a 9/16" to 3/16". Not easy to find.
