Hey Guys,
I'm looking at replacing the floor-pan on my 63 wagon with a "1962-65 B-Body Full One Piece Front Floor Pan" as advertised by Sherman Parts.
My question is, are all the floors-pans the same for the 62-65 sedans,wagons,2 door...etc?
I know the wagon has a 3 inch longer wheelbase at 119, so where is it lengthened?

Also has anyone had experience with the US Car Tools weld in frame connectors? They look like they'd work well and have a factory look about them.

Cheers !!

The floorpans are all the same no matter the model sdn, wgn, ht, Dodge or Plymouth.I checked the part numbers in my parts books.

Having done floors in a few these wagons I actually prefer to do them 1/4 at a time to keep the rigidity in the unibody if you don't have sub-frame connectors. Fitment is never perfect for these pans and I find one of the worst parts is removing the old tin. Lots of spot weld drilling and prepping.

As stated above the difference in wheelbase is in the rear footwell pan. Same holds true in the difference between 63/4 Dodge and the others.
Sooo yes the front pan and under rear seat pans are the same. Use rear footwell pans for 62-5 Plymouth and 62 and 65 Dodge.
Don't know anyone making the under rear seat pan or the wagon only trunk pan.
I am getting a 62 wagon in a couple months to cut up. Hoping it has a nice rear pan.

Also 62B has the same pans and Dodge is a 117" wb.
Only the 63/4 Dodges having the 119" wb have the longer rear footwell pans.
Difference in 116" and 117" wb is in the spring hangers.

Thank you guys...all valuable information.
I knew I came to the right place !!!
Peace out...
