I have a 63 Fury Convertible and can't find any info on the fender tag. Here is what I have/ know,
It's a Detroit car
Looks like a big block car from the mounts on the K member.

At the top of the tag
1234567890
03 130

B F H J K L M S
2 1 5 6 3 0 1 2

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If it is a Lynch rd. car 318 auto with heater sold car that's all I can tell.
The vin from the best of my knowledge is a Michigan car. Are the small block and big block K member the same in 63?

I have a 63 Fury convertible that came with a 318 as well, now keep in mind that 318 is a Poly (Wideblock), it thinks it's a big block. I do not believe the K-frame is any different for the other V-8's built that year.

For this era of decoding, having the VIN helps. This tells us whether the car came with a /6 or a V8.

I'm presuming the VIN starts 3331 indicating a '63 model year V8 Plymouth built at Lynch Road.
The two digit gate and three digit base sequence indicate a Lynch Road built car.
A 63 fury convertible should be a V8.

So...following up on what Polara426 said:
Nothing under the A indicates a standard engine, in this case a 318.
B/2 = automatic transmission
H/5 = heater and front defroster
S/2 = sold car; expedite (somebody ordered it and is waiting for delivery)

Other codes unknown or unconfirmed. Radios are typically indicated on tags. do we know what radio it has>

03=gate number
130 = base number

both relate to construction of the body in white.

Thanks for the info.
