My 63 Plymouth has a small brake pedal. Mine is an automatic trans so want to put the auto trans wider brake pedal in. Just need the pedal but wondering if I am restricted to 63 to 65 B body cars or if some other years may fit.

As long as it's out the sky's the limit. Find any pedal design you prefer and weld it in place.

I don't need a rubber pad as will use a button for the 2 step, so will design and weld a brake pedal to work.
