Can I reset the circuit breaker in the headlight switch without pulling the instrument cluster? My headlights, front parking lights, and turn signals do not work. All the lighting in the rear works fine. The high beam indicator lamp works, so, I think the dimmer switch is ok. Any thoughts?

There is no circuit breaker in your system your switch is bad.

Thanks for the reply. I am new to this model and trying to understand the wiring. I will replace the switch and see it it corrects the problem.

Within the switch the headlights and the parking lights have two separate power inputs (headlights and parking lights), The headlights have one contact output and the parking lights have two separate outputs. All three contact outputs would have to be bad for your problem to happen. While it is possible, I doubt if it's the headlight switch.
The most common point to all lights up front would be your ground. Look for a white wire that is, or should be attached somewhere to your core support. Make sure it is making a good connection.

Your tip about the ground was spot on. Traced through the harness and found a couple of questionable ground points. Cleaned everything up and made sure the connections were sound. All lamps are now working fine. Thanks for the advice.
