63 Savoy slant six filter cartridge??

Hi folks. I want to do an oil change on my 62 Savoy but the parts guys keep telling me I should have a spin on filter. We'll I don't! It's a cartridge! What am I missing here? Maybe someone installed an older engine at one point. Anyway, does anybody know what kind of cartridge would it take?

I thought most motors were using spin-ons past 1960, but this is listed for your application up to '64. Go figure.
