64 Belvedere interior lens

I'm looking for sail panel interior lens for my 64 Belvedere like the one pictured.
I've checked a few leads with nothing positive.
Are these a specific upgrade like my steering wheel?

I talked with Joe Suchy about these, and he said they aren't being reproduced. There is a different version that is reproduced that I bought from him - more plain. I had these same ones like you - I think they were an upgraded option of some sort. My Belvedere has the sport steering wheel too, so maybe those options were connected some how.
