Guys,

Hope someone can help. I need to replace my 64 sedan doors my question is can you remove the upper window frame from the sedan door & weld it into a hardtop door?

i think what he means is he has a two door post "330" and wants to know if he can use "hardtop" doors and just replace his upped frames, glass and vent windows...
i don't think they need to be welded but they are riveted into place...

Thanks OG. Ive found a real nice pair of hardtop doors if I know the swap can be done.
 
go to the 1962to1965 mopar site a guy did it on there . you to drill out the spot welds and use the glass and vent window off the sedan doors it can be done
 
yes it can be done my friend did it on his 65 awb project and it looks like it came that way.

Nice tutorial. We did it on our AWB as well when we did the 2dr conversion. Tack everything in place with the doors hanging on the car so you know everything will line up the way it should, then weld it solid. It's not a huge undertaking. Good luck.
