64 POLARA SEDAN (RHD) Back on the Road

I last drove this car in December 2011, into the 1st shop where it was stripped to bare metal and some welding repairs done, most of which were re-done and a lot more besides by Marek Dzuda at Gerard Lyons Garage where I took it in October 2014 who also prepped and painted it, besides making trim clips (all waxed) and too many other things to mention here, he spent around 900 hours on it. I picked it up last Saturday and did 110 miles over the week before the rain set in, it's driving near perfect, every mile a thrill after all this time, and am delighted with the panel gaps and finish. A big shout to Joe Suchy who helped me with parts and advice all the way and thanks to the guys on this site who directed me to Joe and encouraged me too.
