65 and 66 Satellite emblem same?

Greetings all, Is the Satellite emblem on the 65 right aluminum tail panel the same Satellite emblem on the right side of the 66 trunk? They look identical, but I'm appealing to the experts.

close call on that one. without removal and side by side comparison.

They do look exactly alike, but the mounting pins on the back side do not line up between the two different year applications.

Thanks for the response gents, I just purchased a new 66 re-pop off eBay--hoping to replace mine--I'll let you know how it works out; can't be too bad of an investment, I've lost more than $55 (what I paid for the re-pop) in casinos.
