65 Belvedere fuse box location

I have a 1965 Satellite. I took out the glove box and radio to replace with a new one and found the fuse box panel hanging down behind the radio. Does anyone know where it is supposed to be attached? I don't want it hanging. Also does anyone know what size the front speaker is and how many styds does it attach to? My car doesn't have a front speaker. Does anyone have an old front speaker good or not? Thanks os much

The fuse box on my 65 Belvedere II is under the radio connected to the dash itself, with the fuses viewable from below. I'll get a pic if you need one.
