65 belvedere question

can u make a 65 belvedere steering column shift like a 66 up b-body column?? if so how and what do i use???got a 69 trans.. thanks.

I put a 66 column shift column in my car cause it has a 69 727 in it. but thats all coming out cause im going to 4-spd.
