Hi guys here’s my 65 Belvedere I just bought. Can’t wait to get it home. It’s 440 built with 727 trans. Drum brakes all around. First thing imma do after cleaning it up is swap out the brakes for manual disc brakes. Any tips are greatly appreciated. I will post before and after pictures.

Welcome from Madison Co VA. That looks to be in pretty good shape.
I robbed the front disk brake assemblies from a 73 Valiant and used a 76 Volare manual disk brake master cylinder. I also used the 73 Valiant proportioning valve. Has worked great for many years now. I did my conversion in the 90's so I am not certain how easy it will be to find 73-76 A bodies now.
I have a 65 Belvedere I post car and a 65 Sport Fury, I just love those 65's.

Welcome from another early "B" owner !

welcome and sweet find.

Welcome!! Love those early B's! Go to FABO and put wanted ad for those A disc parts if that is how you want to roll. Some also use F body or 71 later B front discs.
