I need help. The past owner painted the dash black, not correct. Can anybody help on finding the correct colors for the 65 Bel dash.
Body color is dark poly blue. interior is light blue w/blue?

Unless he disassembled the dash for paint, you'll probably find some of the original underneath or maybe in the glove box. Otherwise you'll have to check the fender tag for an interior code.

Then again there will probably be someone on here that will say "oh, with the blue interior the dash should be "this" color blue"

No fender tag ,but i did find a braodcast sheet when I was taking the car apart.
I did some sanding and I think the top of the dash is the same color as the body and the lower half is a light blue. the interior (door panel) was recover in a black roll ,but I did find the orginal back seat, covered by a black seat cover. the back seat is light blue w/ blue.

65' dash color should be "one" color - No two tone. Did the broadcast sheet show an interior color code??
Usually the color behind the door panels, possible over spray under dash will be the correct color.

The top of the dash looks dark blue, but then the lower is liter blue? On the the broadcast sheet where do I find the interior description? Theres not a whole lot of info out there on these yrs.

I have a 65 dash that is the exact color combo described. Dark on top and light blue on bottom. They did come this way.
