65 Body alignment for frame connectors

I have a 65 Satellite that I've had on my lift(4 arms to frame) for 8 months to replace the front supension(Firm Feel) add front disk brakes,MC, and brake lines. Now it seems that the chasses has flexed. The drivers door window vent seeems to have have moved slightly up and out. I have frame connectors that I want to put on but want my frame square before they are installed. How can I correct this? Do I need to take my car to a body shop and have it put on a frame machine or what? If its put on a frame machine, does anyone know what the specs would be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I think my car is a 2 or 3. Thanks.

my 64 did this and I put my jack stands between the bumpers and the suspension on the front and the same on the rear.and checked it daily and it came back..then put the stands under the suspension wen doing any thing else.and if you find an old school body & frame shop they will have books with all the chassis measurements......Artie
