I got a rebuild kit with 2 pins and 4 bushing to do one door. The bottom hinge (no spring) had factory bushing so I just installed new bushing and a pin.
On the upper hinge (with spring & roller) I drilled out the holes ( side of hinge that attaches to the body) to fit the bushings. I installed the bushings, but now it will not fit into the other side of the hinge (door side). The bushing flanges make the piece too wide.
What am I doing wrong?
