WTB 65 Coronet Drivers Door Mirror

Looking for a drivers door mirror nice for 65 Coronet. This one has No exterior screws ,it bolts from inside.
I have some new 2 post type but will not replace what's there.

Well.... the mirrors that come to my mind, and perhaps others, all have at least one screw hold-down on the rear part of mount. If you have an image, please post.
