65 Coronet head liner bows question...

Does anyone know if you can use the headliner bows from a 4 door 65 Coronet on a 2 door 65 Coronet? I need a set and have a line on some out of a 4 door but i am not sure that they will work. Any advise would be appreciated... Thanks, Mike

I cant say for sure, but if they are cheap enough why not give it a shot?

The bows won't work from a sedan to a hdtp. 5 are needed on the hdtp and also they have more bow in them!

I also know too that in order for the headliner to fit correctly.....or at ALL the bows must be in the correct order front to rear, because they are all a little different.

Doing the same on a 65 Satelitte, 5 bows,Question, on the side where the strip is that hold the bows in, How do you install headliner there. I know you have to push it up so the teeth catch the headliner, but how do you A, stretch the material if it's pushed up there, B where do you glue it. Thanks
