Where can I get some clips for the hood trim piece. I got the hood trim at the Monster but didn't have any clips.

Wow, thats a tough piece to find!
I was searching for one for awhile.
Was it the reproduction piece from Metro Parts or someone?
R/T Specialties sells them FYI

clips ? mine is on with thread cutting nuts .... you can buy those pretty much anywhere ....

No, it is an original piece. It was in real nice shape. No dings but needed to be re anodized. He wanted $25 then told me to make him an offer. I was going to pay the 25 but asked if he would take $15. He didn't even flinch. I could hardly contain myself. Took it home and it matched my grill pefectly. I chalked that up to a GREAT weekend.

Not really sure what" thread cutting nuts" are? I will be at the Indy Mopar Expo/Swap meet so I will look/ask around.

I don't have any mounting tabs(or what ever they are called) on the trim piece so I guess that is what I really asking for.

The hood molding has a channel on the inside so the clips slide in and ride side to side so you can line it up to the hood.then you'll need the speed nuts to hold it to the back side of the hood.

OK but now where do I get the mounting tabs?

Chris I see you changed your pic to the Black 65. You have a nice collection of Mopars.
