65 dash frame odd hole

I have a 65 Coronet/Satelitte dash frame that has a 3/4 inch hole from the factory under the radio. What is it for? My Satellite does nat have this. The only thing I can think of it might be from a wagon and it is for the rear window.

Possibly rear speaker / reverb switch.

How do you know it's from the factory?

The hole is not factory! If it was reverb switch it would be on the bottom of the dash, not on the face.I don't remember a power window avaliable for s/w rear window.

It looks factory due to the fact that the paint is through the hole. It is not a jagged edged hole. The surronding metal isn't warped like it was drilled. It is perfectly symetrical.
