65 Dodge Trim For Dash Bottom Of dash Pad ?

My car has holes in the dash right below dash pad. What goes there and where to find? Pictures of what goes there please. Thanks

I see now. The holes in my dash look large and looks like they would have never had a sheet metal screw type screw in them. The holes in dash looks larger than the holes in that trim. Don't know. So much trim missing on this car that a picture really helps. Thanks !
