65 dodge wheel house

Doe's anybody know if a 65 dodge and a 65 plymouth have the same rear wheel arch. Because I have been trying to fit a patch panel from autobody specialties in my 65 coronet and it is about an inch off . i also have an orginal inner and outer wheel house from a 65 belvedere and the measurement from the top edge of the outer wheel house to the lip is about an inch shorter on the dodge. Im about ready to sell this damn thing no hair left to pull out..

I built an afx out of a belvedere and am now building one with a 65 coronet. They are different. The belvedere has more arch is what my bodyman told and shown me.

Original parts are probably different. The available patch panels are the same for both though.
