65 E-Brake cable mounting bracket location

65 Belvedere- fitting my ebrake cable and need to mount the under-floor brackets for the midddle cable. Anybody know the correct location? I can see two possible locations. One toward the front of the pan and the other further back.

I know you guys are scattered everywhere and see some cream puffs now and then.....but us schmucks in the rust belt really can appreciate finding something this clean!!
