65 plymouth decoding help

I'm looking at a 65 ply, bevedere to buy,, the guy said it was a numbers matching 4-speed car,,,here's the numbers on the fender tag

61 35 1832
so= 317
number=02324
body= r42
trim= p4x
paint= ss1

can you let me know if this is a 383 330 hp. 4-speed car with a floor console... Thanks, larry

Try this place. They have some good decoders that should be able to help you. I used them to decode my '65 Barracuda.
