Has anyone had any luck with Classic Industries roof rail
moldings for 65 Coronet 2dr?? Or is there a place that you
trust for weatherstrip.

Which are you actually looking for "weatherstrip" or "moldings" ?

DMT has all the roof rail weatherstrip for the majority of our cars.

I've used Detroit also.good customer service. The body gasket packages aren't perfect but they made it right and quickly.

Probably the same as my '64 but make sure... Others will have it as well as it's not a DMT produced product.

Wow....these are over double the price of 66 and up...
seems wrong...LOL
Always the way!! If you go with these Supersoft, make sure you spray some soapy water into the gap when you roll up the rear glass, so it goes INSIDE the U and doesn't pinch it down. Otherwise it's a fight to get them back on track. Rear 1/4 glass should be up in the U and then the door glass just closes against the outside of the weatherstrip.

I may have to re-check what I bought...I was tryin to
get the door glass to fit in the u....Oh boyyy!! lol

Everything is usually more and harder to find. And don't always believe it will fit until you research it.

Steel Rubber makes the correct seals. I purchased the "economy" type for my 65 and had to cut the angle in the rubber to make the glass seal. Still not perfect.
