'66 727 kickdown lever details

I bought the lokar kickdown cable (kd-2727ht) & the xsrk-4000 (bracket and spring) for my 66 Belvedere II 383 / 727 3spd. However I don't have the kickdown lever. I called a local tranny shop and they said they have a 3" lever that will work but he said my cable may not work and that it is critical to have it positioned correctly prior to operation. That said my quesition is what is the OEM demensions of this lever?

Should\Can I use that lever?
Does anyone know where I can find a replacement?

I dont know ,when i bought my kit from Mancini Racing,everything came with it

Kickdown lever

I tried to get the lever from the tranny shop to work but the pin from the transmission wasn't tall enough to hold the bracket. I will try some salvage yards, and check Mancini's site to see if I can get a hold of one.
