66 Belvedere II Hemi emblem placement?

Is there anywhere that has exact measurements on where to put the emblems. Mine's had fenders replaced and no holes for them. I don't want to just eyeball and stab them on there. I'd like to do it correctly. Just got the emblems today. Thanks in advance.

from the bottom of the emblem to the top of the rocker moulding - 4.25"
From the back edge of the fender to the back edge of the emblem - 4.5"

Sorry to be a pain, I don't have that molding. Could you go from the bottom of the body line down to top of emblem and from fenderwell back please?

from the door edge / back of the fender to the back edge of the 4 - is 4+3/16" of an inch
